Why do I need a website if I already have a Facebook page or Word of Mouth?
Word of mouth is great, but when recommended customers search your business name on Google, they check if you are legitimate. A website gives you immediate authority, lists your exact suburbs, and allows customers to call or WhatsApp you in one tap without logging into a social app.
How does the 3-day turnaround work?
Once we have your 50% deposit, logo, services list, phone number, and a few phone photos of your work, we begin immediately. A single-page Starter website is built, tested, and ready for your review in 3 working days. The Get Found website takes 1 week (+1 week for Google profile setup and postcard/phone verification).
How does domain and Cloudflare ownership work?
We never hold your digital assets hostage. We assist you in buying your domain directly from an accredited registrar (approx. $15–$25/year) using your credit card, and we host your site on Cloudflare's global edge network under a free account registered to your email. You receive complete administrative credentials and a written handover guide with screenshots.
What if I need changes after launch?
Both packages include 2 consolidated revision rounds before going live. After launch, you own the code and can edit it anytime. If you prefer us to handle ongoing updates, text changes, or new photo uploads, our optional Care Plan is $59/month (or $590/year) with zero lock-in contracts.
Are there any hidden costs or recurring builder fees?
None. Unlike platforms like Wix or Squarespace that charge $25–$45 every month forever, our build fee is a fixed one-off cost. Your only mandatory ongoing cost is your domain renewal once a year.
